Audience: This course was imagined for the staff who clean the clinic after hours and those who clean the exam rooms between patients.
Business Problem: Staff members are not consistently following procedures with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), increasing staff exposures and illnesses.
Solution: This is a refresher course for staff members in the clinic, with a one-week time limit to be followed by spot checks.
Process: This course was created using ADDIE and SAM models. Research was done to determine what content needed to be covered, and a design document and storyboard were created to lay out the course. Kirkpatrick's Level 2 & 3 for knowledge checks and assessment were used.
Highlights: There is a continuous scenario with avatars, and multiple interactive activities with a scenario-based assessment.

Audience: The company cleaners who are mainly female aged 18-25. Most are not college-educated, though some may be working through school. There are a few outliers in age, some high school age, some in their 30s or older.
Business Problem: New hires need to be trained quickly and efficiently so they can be ready to begin cleaning within a week of be hired.
Solution: All new hires will learn the company process for cleaning so they can work with any team.
Process: This course was created using ADDIE and SAM models. An analysis determined Articulate Rise was the best process to use. A design document was created, and Kirkpatrick's Level 2 & 3 were used for knowledge checks and assessment.

These were created as a way to showcase additional skills that I have in Storyline which did not get included in my original course. They are meant to demonstrate both what I can do and ways that I can use those skills to teach others.
